My 02 trailboss 325 keeps burning out headlight bulbs. the taillight works just fine, but the the headlight bulb burns out every time I rev the motor. When it does work, it seems to go dim the higher I rev the motor until it finally blows out. I have replaced the voltage regulator with one I stole from my trail boss 250 which I knew was good & got the same results. Is there any other component I should be checking that would cause the headlight to dim the higher I rev & eventually blow?

Call me old school, but most of the bikes I've owned over the years would make more light the higher you rev??? I've never seen it seem to drain the light the higher you rev.
