Update: 1995 Sportsman rebuild and updates

Good evening everyone. I wanted to show what I have done so far on my project. It has been a long journey with frustrations, bloody knuckles and arms but so far it has been a blast getting it ready to go to my ranch and become a working ATV.

I have replaced the strut assemblies, CV Axles,did some plastic welding, redid the seat, and had my neighbor paint it. Tonight a did a complete carburetor rebuild.
It now runs great!!

I will be doing some installs of the racks this week as well as getting all the panels installed.
