Fuel screw is part # 29 in the pic - if the carb has never been serviced, the screw is capped to prevent tampering (EPA requirement) - if the carb has previously been serviced, the cap has probably been removed - if not, the carb will need to be removed to remove the cap to access the screw.

The screw is on the bottom of the carb closest to the cylinder head.

well found out that had been taken out cause cap was off i also found out that the carb might be part of problem .I after careful inspection that mt carb is leaking fuel out of over flow not a lot but and it leaks with or with out gas turned on .Wow what a pain in the rear to get it out ant one know how to get choke cable out of carb ? i have no wrench's that fit it ?
Also how hard is it to rebuild done some 2 stroke models but nothing this big

Not that tough to rebuild...Same as a 2 stroke. Getting it out is more time consuming though. Tank needs to come off so you can get to everything. As for the choke you can make due with whatever wrench you can get on it or modify one to fit. I have an open end wrench that I ground down to fit and I know another guy who ground down a box end wrench to fit. Basically made a cut in the end so he could get it over the cable.

Get an aftermarket kit that includes the needle and seat since that is most likely the problem. Polaris doesn't sell a kit, just the individual parts. If it leaks with the fuel turned off too, I think you are gonna want to replace the fuel shut off also.

Got ya i did order a new rebuild kit came today i called a guy not to far and he will rebuild it my eyes are not so great right now .
Yeah your right about getting it out i am not looking forward to putting back in i went and did as you suggested and ordered the shut off
