whats the best one for cold weather?
It’s hard to beat durable neoprene waders that will keep you dry and warm. If riding in the deep south 3mm should suffice, that's what I wear duck hunting and it's plenty warm (Virginia). I'd recommend Cabala's waders, they are very durable.

but i am a cold natured person...its cold at 70 and wet....lol

I wear a set of neoprene insulated during winter and a set that are not insulated during the summer.

I have the cabalas 5mm neoprene waders. Make sure you get a good set of wader liners and they will make it warmer and more comfortable for you. They wick the sweat and help keep you warm.
