Looks like if you do a google search for exactly what you stated many suppliers come up, at least a dozen.I have an 06 plaris x2 500 with what appears to be a polaris branded v plow that is 54" and I'm having trouble finding wear bars for does anyone know where I could order some?
If you don't think I did that you are wrong. The I need to pieces around 26" and I think I found one polaris part number 2871980, but they give no measurementsLooks like if you do a google search for exactly what you stated many suppliers come up, at least a dozen.
I think I saw that part# to. Hmmm…..have you tried google 26” V Plow wear bar? ….and I saw poly wear bars to of various sizes, I personally use a 66” industrial Rubber wear bar. -works well on my long ass gravel driveway. Also, generic wear bars are available in various lengths, you drill the holes. If you don't think I did that you are wrong. You know what…..that’s a very good point…I did notice the wear bar that came on my 66” Polaris blade was very mild steel. I never actually used it since I obtained the industrial rubber edge, but did notice how soft it was when I removed it.Plain old hot rolled steel works fine for making ATV wear bars. You can buy it at any steel supply yard and just cut to length and drill holes. The OEM are just mild steel so there is nothing special about them.

Done that few times with my 40 yr. old Wheel Horse plow ~~Old Fart~~Plain old hot rolled steel works fine for making ATV wear bars. You can buy it at any steel supply yard and just cut to length and drill holes. The OEM are just mild steel so there is nothing special about them.

Wouldn’t that be nice if at 60 we could be flipped over and go for another 60.The cutting edge on my 54" can be flipped, 40 years of working with "blades", very few can't be turned. Just saying.
I have a 4 ft polaris plow that needed a new wear bar too, polaris wanted big bucks for one. I found a small welding shop that had a small punch press and brought them a piece of mild steel, and was back in business. the plow I have has a handle to lift the blade, I used a 1/4 x 4" x 4ft piece of steel and it worked great way better than the one that came with the plow. sounds like you have a nice plow, good luck bro.I have an 06 plaris x2 500 with what appears to be a polaris branded v plow that is 54" and I'm having trouble finding wear bars for does anyone know where I could order some?
