On a little wrench indicate showed up on my Polaris sportsman 450. Recently I saw a bright orange light like a check engine light. Can someone please tell me why or what to look for when these come on? I read somewhere there are codes that turn off these issues. But it didn't say how it just said your dealer would have the codes

If you don't have an owners manual, go to the polaris website and download one for your machine.
It will show you where where all the indicators pop up and what they mean.
Here is an example for a 850

I could be wrong, but I think the wrench you saw blinking just indicated you are on the screen that shows how many hours till next service. I think you can scroll through and see engine hours, miles, trip, RPM, etc. I haven't looked at mine lately but I was thinking there was a screen that you could re set to zero each time you do a service so you can see how many hours it's been since last service???? Of course I've had a few beverages since then.
