I just ordered some 26x9x12 ITP 589's for the front of my 99 Sportsman 500 4x4. I'm now concerned about them rubbing the strut or tie rod end. If so what have you guys done to remedy the issue ??
I have a 1999 Sportsman 500 with ITP 589s 26X9X12 frt. & 26X12X12 rear, mounted on stock wheels. I had to add 1 inch wheel spacers to the front to allow strut / frame clearance. The frt. tires still contact the plastic fender in hard woops. However, the tires rock in the mud. I added an EBC big tire clutch kit to help with the belt slip.
Hope this helps!
