I have had issues since I bought my 800 Sportsman Deluxe with the 20amp fuse that covers the radiator fan. It would happen after a few hours of riding. Yesterday I added an audio tube to my atv and now it's giving me the same issue like the fuse is blown, but the fuse is intact. My winch works, my battery shows 97% when I hook it to my charger but when I turn the key I get no speedo lights or any electrical power at all.
Was just outside trying to figure out what was wrong and I noticed as I pushed the AWD switch back and forth the speedo lights came on for a second, then went back out. I played with the headlight switch pushing it on and off and the speedo lights came on again for a few seconds and went back out. I know the previous owner had relocated the radiator to the front rack, then put it back to sell it.
