Didnt see a polaris xplorer section, but here goes

Ok Guys, I figured i would start a build thread of my 95 Polaris xplorer. This may help anyone who is thinking of turning their xplorer into a mud machine. I couldn't find many xplorers that had snorkels or a radiator relocate so here goes...

First thing i have to do is replace the water pump seals: so far i got it tore down and got the seals out.

And heres what i found when i drained the counter balancer:

And here is the shaft that i posted before:

The parts came in today for the water pump seal, but i still need a crank seal. I also picked up the things i need for the snorkels, and ordered my lift, stage 1 rcr kit, and oil block off kit. Cant wait until its all done.

I just found a 2000 Xplorer 400 for a buddy of mine that wwe picked up on Friday. We got it for $1000 bucks with ramps, helmets, etc, One owner (a buddy of mine) and olny 83 hrs 300 miles..

What is the largest tire these bikes can pull stock??

We will be snorkeling the bike as well.

Keep up the good work!!
