2008 Sportsman 500 Carb. Fuses location?

Today, while plowing snow, (light duty) my 2008 500 Sportsman carb model, died. Engine quit and absolutely zero power. No lights. No speedo cluster power. No starter turning. Zip-ola. All dead. I pushed it back into my garage and started checking it over. My battery is a newer AGM type and measured 12.8 volts. Next I figured I'd look for fuses. I checked it over, no luck finding any. I referenced my owner's manual. It claims the fuse panel could buy accessed by opening the front rack lid. Remove the inner access cover to access the area where the rad cap is. Did that...No fuse panel. Pulled the headlight pod apart, no fuse panel. Pulled the plastic cover off, under the pod/forward top section of fuel tank. No fuse panel. WTH am I missing here? Pic as it sits now is below. Next I'll take the rear fender plastic off to access the starter relay and fusible link to check. Could be my key-switch too I suppose. Any tips on fuses location? Thanks.

Thanks for clearing that up. I pulled the ignition key switch and am testing it now. I have between 13V-14V present full time as expected on the main power wire into the switch. I will go check left handle bar wiring.

Thanks for the help folks. I got it. Traced electrical wire #32 from key switch pin C, RD/BLK wire to left handle bar switch. Found a short. Killing power circuit thru left handlebar switch. Fixed it. All good now. Done.
