All depends on the parts.

 

As Thor said, it all depends on which "parts" your looking at. Generally the only difference between the 2011-Current "Value Series" Sportsman 400 / 500 / 800 are the Engines and Decals. Chasis/Frame, Transmission, AWD Diffs/Components and Body Plastics are all the exact same (which makes them easy to build and label the "Value Series").

So it your looking at "bolt on accessories"..... items like bumpers, lock & ride, winch/winch mounts should be the same!!!

But if your looking for "performance upgrades"..... they would be unique to the engine size of the machine, and it would be easier to trade up to a larger cc.

 

You can use Polaris Fiche to see what other machines the parts are used on. There is a sticky from Blueline in the "How To" forum.

 

12 & 13 are exactly the same. Most but not all parts will fit from 10 & 11. Ex: I got the Polaris front brush guards for mine and I can make them fit with a slight modification, Polaris changed something with the lid or the top bracket so it's not a perfect fit, I had to elongate the mounting holes or the lid wouldn't open all the way. Just research properly before you buy and you'll be fine.

 

I'm really just looking for exhaust any input ??

 

Just to check my own self, I successfully used the Polaris Fiche to look up your exhaust. The process works. Your exhaust is found on about 20 different models ranging from 2008 to present.

 

For an easy cheap exhaust, there is a "exhaust mod" for the 400, and 500 ho models. Which requires removing baffles in the muffler.
