I wrote a heck of a long post explaining what I have tried to keep my motors cooler and fell asleep reading it. I have two ATV’s, a 325 Trail Boss four stroke and a 250 Trailblazer two stroke. Both are air cooled. The 325 has an oil cooler also. They both get so hot after a few hours on the trail, besides burning my legs, they start leaning out then vapor locking. Did anyone ever experiment to see if a cooler spark plug or bigger carburetor jets for a richer fuel mix help keep them cooler?
