ADC fluid Active Descent Control

Hi,
My manual says to use Polaris ADC (Active Descent Control) Hydraulic Fluid for my reservoir in my 2007 Sprortsman. Here's the thing, when I called three dealers, they say they've never heard of it. One tech told me I could use Demand Drive Fluid for it, but I have reservations because I know the DDF is not hydraulic fluid. Does anyone know the weight of the hydraulic fluid in the ADC? Thanks!

Polaris ADC fluid has been superceded by Polaris Demand Drive fluid.

Which means you can use a tractor hydraulic transmission fluid. Below is one example. Great for front diff too.

AMSOIL Synthetic Tractor Hydraulic/Transmission Oil SAE 5W-30

I've replaced my demand drive fluid, AND the ADC fluid, with synthetic ATF.
Zero issues.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know I just got a quart of demand drive off Amazon two weeks ago for $12.99 free freight. This is more than enough for two flush/oil changes.

Also I had a slight vibration with a sort of metallic 'hum' when my ADC would activate. After front diff change and ADC flush, its smooth as silk! Could not believe the difference!

Hi. As i was told at Polaris training. Theres no replacement for ADC oil or AGL. Transmission oil.

Demand Drive is ADC fluid according to Polaris. They packaged it in a different bottle for only a little while when they first came out with ADC.
