Front Shocks/Struts Replacements

Hi all,

Looking for replacement front shocks/struts for Trail Boss 4X4
Model W878127.
Dealer told me discontinued.
Any other years will fit?
I was told Dennis Kirk Catalog Part #58-3040
but not sure, wanted more opinions.
I could always change the top mount if needed
but the bottom would need to fit in the factory assembly.
Any help appreciated,

What year is your bike?

1987.

You can tell by his model number he posted.

After a little looking, it does seem as the strut is discontinued.

That part will only work on the 1987 model.

Still looking for the spring. Update that the spring must not be available either.

I have the springs which look in good shape, just the struts have no oil left in them. That is my problem.
