Rim question

I'm looking into getting new wheels and tires. Question is, the new wheels only come in one size. 14x7 and 5+2 spacing. How does this compare to stock wheels? The 5+2 doesn't mean anything to me. And will these rims be okay with 9 and 11 inch tires?

I would assume these are going on an XP since you are talking about 14". The tires will fit fine on those wheels. The OEM wheel offset is 6+1. The 5+2 will stick the wheels out at least 1" on each side.
In a nutshell, here is how the offset works;
6+1 means on a 7" wide wheel the hub will attach to the wheel 6" in from the inner lip of the wheel with 1" sticking out beyond the hub to the outer lip. Like I said, this is a very basic description of the offset. There is a little more to it than that, but you get the idea.
