hi guys! I need some help. I just bought a 2000 scrambler 500 4x4 and the awd is throwing me for a loop. I looked all over and didn't see any one with my problems.
I flip the switch on and have 12 v at both hubs but it doesn't engage all the time. and it hardly ever works in reverse. I replaced all the bearings and seals checked the armature plate and hillard clutch for damage, and refilled with type f atf.
I know the front tires are 22 in tall and the rears are 22 in tall
I have no speedometer or awd light
I know people were saying these could be a problem but what are your thoughts. thanks for the help!
