I just ordered one yesterday with the Autotune kit.

I'll have it installed for this weekends ride.

Awesome! Let us know how installation goes and how well it performs. Several of us are interested in the results.

Hotseat slip on

Speedwerx Exhaust and clutch kit with airfilter. Not much to just bolt on that will make it more of a monster. Wait for different programmer like diamond g. It's suppose to be able to change timing. That's about it for bolt ons. Unless u want to get into motor work.
Hey man how does the hotseat pipe sound Harleyish !! could only find one sound clip on u tube and don't know if it was a good representation on it. How do you like it? got any video with the sound.

Thank Bud!

A lot of time has past on this thread...... and not much more go faster goodies!!
I am not sure if my bike's performance is normal or if my outty is faster than normal, but my outty beats the 850 consistently 62HP vs 70HP.

antz01ta, How did you make out with the PC5 install? How does it perform?

Did you ever get the PC5 dynoed? I saw another thread where you said you were going to post the numbers. I am curious as to actual gains before purchasing. Thanks.

Check out hot seat/speedwerx. They make camshafts that add 6hp they port heads high compression pistons. All kinds of stuff. BUT your looking at right much money. anyone wanna go in on a group order on some stuff Im getting exhaust clutch and fuel controller soon I believe. He already game me a great price but with a group we could do better im sure email me johndeeremho@verizon.net or PM me

I have the full Hot seat motor with their exhaust and our 'QSC" clutch kit. Makes a big difference. We spent a ton of time on wheel dyno and gained about 2 wheel horse with the PC5 alone over stock and another 4 hp with the QSC clutch kit over stock. this was a Dyno jet chassis dyno.

Is anyone making a turbo or super charger to fit? If I was going to invest big money I would want big gains. I would dump 5-6 grand if I could see 30 plus rwhp gain. Spending 3-4 thousand for exhaust ,clutch, pistons and cams and only gaining 10 rwhp is pathetic. Maybe I'm just spoiled with the easy HP gains with my Brute force. Hot cams are a joke on the BF. Many much better cam designs by engine builders like Fundy, AMR, and several others unfortunately they don't build Polaris engines yet.

One of the dyno tunes we did was on an AMR 850. It was pistons and his cam. It made 50 RWHP. Stock 850 on this particular dyno made 41 RWHP

I know a guy that had problems with his AMR also.
I went from 38 rwhp on stock BF 750, to 55 rwhp with Fundy standard bore bolt on kit, cams, pistons, double springs and muzzy pro exhaust.

Year and half ago, I went all out with the AMR 840 (74rwhp), it was pricey with +5mm carbs over stock, head porting, double springs, custom kibblewhite valves intake +1.5 mm, exhaust +1 mm, and custom big bore 13.1 pistons and race cams.
I should add custom cut clutches on both builds. The AMR with the 39MM carbs ended being close to 5,000 dollars but with big gains. The motor has to be close to 100 hp to put down 74 on a chassis dyno.

Fundy has a super charger in production stage now that will fit all the V-twins. 650's-750's. Ray at Fundy is saying I'll need to go back down in compression if I go with their supercharger.
Anyway that's the claim. I'm waiting to see how they work out before I jump on that band wagon.
Would love to see something like that for the 850XP's.

I race mine in ATVCCS and TORN, got HMF with fuel opt, tried the chip from ebay this weekend what a load of crap.. I'm looking for anything to get low end power faster..
If your willing to sacrafice some top end, you could do the 14% gear reduction kit from team industries. It would be like going from a 3.73 ratio gearing to 4.25 gearing in your truck. You'll gain rwhp and pick up crazy low end.

wHERE DID YOU GET THE 3.5 DEGREE TIMING KEY AND DID IT HELP THE THROTTLE RESPONSE ON THE BOTTOM END? DID YOUR LAUNCHES GET BETTER? I HAVE THE GEAR REDUCTION AND DIDNT NOTICE MUCH DIFFERENCE IN MY LAUNCHES.

I actually don't remember where I got it off the top of my head. As far as power or bottom end...I didn't really notice to much, it starts a little faster now, and when its cold it sounds cammed for a short period as it warming up. Other than that the biggest difference I think came from the high altitude clutch kit. With both of them though...The front wheels are always in the air...assuming I'm not spinning..lol

Hey Quadshop guy. Just curious about a few things. AMR pistons & cam kit made 50rwhp bolted on a stock bike? So a 9rwhp increase. What tuning is that with?

The hp with AMR and stock clutching was 46 wheel horse, and 50 with our clutch kit.....We already have the map for the AMR pistons and cam, or the Hotseat motor as well so dont get the AUTO TUNE, We have the map for either and both are good set ups. AMR seems to have a bit more bottom end than the Hotseat, but the Hotseat seems to hold power a bit better under a load.... It is the cam design difference between the two i'm guessing. PM or E mail me if you are interested in the details.

The 850 we tuned with the AMR engine was form Hearst, Ont. He drove his bike down here for the dyno tune and clutch kit.
