Hey guys, not sure why it's so hard to find the torque specs for the primary and secondary clutches, you'd think those would be fairly important numbers to have! Not even in my owners manual... anyways I got a 2016 Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP if anyone has the torque specs for my clutches that would be greatly appreciated!

Not that critical - I just tighten them with an air impact driver, but I have done so many, I basically instinctively know the setting of the impact and how much to impact it to have it sufficiently tight. I had an employee for a short time and he insisted on rechecking my work. After about checking 5 times and finding one under torqued by 4 foot pounds, he agreed than I did not need to torque them (4 foot pounds is within the degree of variation between brands and styles of torque wrenches.
